The total cost of your order is the price of the goods, delivery charges and/or insurance charges.
Payment can be made by most major credit, debit cards (Visa or Mastercard) and electronic funds transfer in accordance with the payment methods section.
Orders will not be processed until payment reflects on our bank statement. When paying by EFT you must use the sales number as reference so we can match the transactions. Failure to do so could result in your order not being processed or delayed
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card/eft payment in accordance with your order.
All credit card processing will be carried out using strong 128-bit encryption for maximum protection. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We don’t allow returns as the majority of the items on this site are custom made. However if the product has a manufacturing defect due to material or workmanship, we will replace all or part of the product, once we have been given/shown proof as long as this is reported to us by email within 14 days of receiving the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note this excludes any damage caused during the delivery processes or in opening and storing the product.
Stuck2U does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller, except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer. Please note the colours and sizes given in the description are approximates and can vary for various reasons.
All other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer’s purpose.

- Clients will be provided with a cost estimate based on the brief received. Changes to the brief, or fluctuations in scope, could result in a revised cost estimate.
- Stuck2U reserves the right to monitor the scope of the project and charge for development hours should the initial allocated design time be exceeded.
- Acceptance of this estimate indicates acceptance of the costs and approval for the project to proceed.
- Author’s corrections will be billed in addition to this amount.
- Copyright in respect of work commissioned will remain the property of Stuck2U until such time as the full cost thereof has been paid by the Client. All source files and code will remain the intellectual property of Stuck2U [unless a separate contract is entered into].
- Stuck2U reserves the right to remove the project from the public domain should payment not be forthcoming.
- Should a project for any reason whatsoever come to an end all payments made are non refundable to cover Stuck2U expenses.
- Should content not be provided for 3 months, the project ends and all payments made will be kept to cover expenses incurred.
- Should payment not be forthcoming for a period of 3 months for any reason whatsoever, all work in terms of code and database files, media including photos and videos, text, e-mail addresses or any other content may be used by Stuck2U.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
* Note: Stuck2u recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
1. Shipment tracking.
2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

As the products on this site are mostly custom made we cannot allow cancellation or returns. However if you contact us before manufacturing has been planned/started we may accommadte you, but you will be liable for 20% handling/administration fee. You must advised us in writing of you cancellation and thei cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Stuck2u as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment.
